Timo

Timo is the most popular and the most widely grown early potato variety in Finland. This variety is a great seasonal favorite. The harvesting time usually starts in early June. Timo is a solid potato, but because of its earliness it is not as solid and yellow from its pulp as the later varieties. You can use Timo for cooking, frying or grilling. The taste is delicious.

Siikli

Siikli is every year the favourite potato. On the outside the potato is beautiful and the taste is delicious. Siikli is later variety than Timo. The first Siikli potatoes are usually harvested in Midsummer week. Because of the longer growth period Siikli is a solid and a really yellow from its pulp. Siikli is good for cooking, frying, salads and especially for grilling.
